Bieber, whose debut album My World hit stores in November 2009, is a true overnight success, having gone from an unknown, untrained singer whose mother posted YouTube clips of her boy performing, to a budding superstar with a big-time record deal, all in just two years.
Bieber always had an interest in music. His mother gave him a drum kit for his second birthday and, as he tells it, he was “basically banging on everything I could get my hands on.”
But it was an obscure talent contest in his hometown, in which the 12-year-old Bieber finished second that put him on the road to superstardom. Internet pranksters are doing their damnedest to get Justin Bieber to tour North Korea.
Genuine fans reacted to the news of Bieber’s first official headlining string of dates, the My World Tour, by setting up a poll to request the nations that would make up ‘Bieber’s World’.
While nothing is more reliable and persuasive as an internet poll, it seems internet trolls are doing their best to skew the votes.

Justin Bieber has high standards when it comes to girls.
The 16-year-old singer – who recently confessed to having a crush on 29-year-old socialite Kim Kardashian – admits he is very choosy when it comes to potential dates.
He said: “A girl has to have a beautiful smile, beautiful eyes and she should have a good sense of humour. She should be honest, loving and trustworthy.”

My World 2.0 is the latter of two-part debut studio album from Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber, and is his first full studio release. The album is the follow-up to the first platinum certified half of the album, which was released on November 17, 2009, via Island Records, and 2.0 was first released on March 19, 2010.
The album has debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200, selling over 283,000 copies, making Bieber the youngest solo male act to top the chart since 1963, and the first artist to occupy two top five spots on the chart since 2004. When the album sold more copies in its second week, Bieber became the first act since The Beatles to debut at number one, and sell more the following week. Bieber also had his second consecutive number one album in Canada, and in its second week the album peaked at number one in Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. It also charted in the top ten of fifteen other countries. Bieber will support the album with his very first headlining tour, the My World Tour.
